I own a business. Can I print and issue W2 and 1009 forms to my employees without filing the remainder of my taxes on Turbo Tax? Are W2/1099 due to employees by 1/31/18?

For unlimited access to Quick Employer Forms, which you can e-file at no additional cost,  you'll need to be using one of the following TurboTax products:

  • TTD Home and Business software (CD/Download)
  • TTO Self-Employed (Online)

We will electronically file your W-2 and 1099 forms with the government agencies for you. The only thing you need to print are the forms you will send to your recipients. No special forms or ink are needed.

You must send s
end W-2s and 1099s to your employees and contractors by January 31. You must also e-file forms to the government agencies by January 31.
