I opted for the Refund Advance option when I filed. My return has been accepted by the IRS, but I haven’t received the advance nor any correspondence regarding it.

Thanks that’s good to hear. I was wondering if anyone had received an updated status. They said within one hour of acceptance!

I just spoke to somebody about it And it’s not when he’s a accept it. But When is received by the IRS

Could you clarify what you mean? I don't understand how the IRS could accept my return if they haven't received it.

Mine was accepted 5 hours ago but turbo tax won’t update it from pending to accepted. I don’t think the advance goes through until turbo tax updates your status to accepted.

Mine is showing accepted on TurboTax, but still nothing. I'm not desperate for the money, but would be nice to know what's going on.

I qualified for a $2500 refund advance and was suppose to have gotten it within an hour of the IRS accepting it. So, the IRS says that it's being processed while TurboTax says pending. I've already got a ck debit card so I'm told it may possibly help it along faster. If it's being processed, would that not mean it's been accepted? As any other, with this pandemic nonsense, I'm in a pretty desperate need for this advance. If you're able to get anything figured out, I would love to know

Yes if you have 1 bar on where’s my refund your return has been accepted by the IRS. For some reason turbo tax is not updating some people from pending to accepted. It’s very frustrating and turbo tax support is ZERO help which upsets me. I’ve used them 10+ Years and this is the first time I’ve had to call support and I’m reconsidering using them again if this is how their “support” is.

Yeah I am in the same boat ten years doing Tt and the refund advance. All of a sudden they do this partnership with credit karma and I have had nothing but problems. No clear answers and nothing adds up. Not to mention being made to select the credit karma option when doing my refund. I spent my entire day on the phone with credit karma TT and first century bank and all they did was reroute me back and forth. I got pre qualified for the 2500 and no one can tell me what’s going on. The answers being provided aren’t accurate either as no one really knows. My call log shows 10 am to 9pm est calls between the three and I’m at a stand still

I got an email from ck but I knew before they sent it because I have zero patience and couldn't quit checking it. They did notify me though and TurboTax also update my status to accepted.

Ok yh something is definitely wrong with mine then because I got accepted by irs Friday 1/21 at 4:30 and i have received no emails nothing

The IRS officially began accepting tax returns on January 24th, 2022. If you were approved for the Refund Advanced, you'll receive the funds within 48 hours of IRS acceptance of your e-filed return, after January 24th. You'll receive an email when your Refund Advance funds are available to spend. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well as your main inbox folder. You'll receive a physical card in the mail in 7-14 days. While you wait, you can spend your Refund Advance funds via the Credit Karma mobile app. You can visit this link here for more information.

Thanks for your help but that’s not true either. I was accepted on the 21st. And even if they didn’t start accepting till 24 officially there’s still an issue that’s very clear to thousands of people and that’s the credit karma partnership. No anger towards you but I even downloaded the mobile app for credit karma and added my virtual card to my Apple Pay account and I show a 0.00 balance. In the last 8 years I’ve gotten accepted on the “test batches” very early regardless of the official date and my refund advance was in my account in the time frame stated within one to two hours. I will be complaint to the better business bureau as well about this because fine print is fine print.
