I opened TurbuTax, and it asked me to sign two things. I accidently declined to use previous tax data for something, and then I clicked Skip for the second. How do I fix?

How do I open that section so I can give TurboTax access to my data and un-decline so I can accept/sign?

We cannot tell what you did ----it might be simpler at this point for you to just clear and start over.
