I noticed that I didn't receive any of the Recovery Rebate Credits for all rounds starting 2021, Will I be receiving this or do I have to file something?

The deadline to file a 2021 tax return and get the recovery rebate credit was April 15, 2025.   If you did not file a 2021 return and claim the credit, it is now too late.

And....you mention "all rounds starting 2021"----there have been no other federal stimulus checks or recovery rebate credits since tax year 2021.
