I never got no stimulas not even the first one . Do i need a turbo tax card how do i get my money?

How can i find out if the irs knows they never sent me no money

You can view your Tax Account with the IRS by going to View Your Account Information then click on View Your Economic Impact Payment Amounts.  If you were not sent either of the stimulus payments, you can receive them by filing a 2020 tax return and claiming the Recovery Rebate Credit.
