I never got my payment and now i'm scared i lost my refund

How can I grey my refund from 2017?

Do you know for sure that your 2017 return was e-filed successfully and accepted?  When you check your TurboTax account for 2017 what does it say?  "Accepted?"  "Rejected"? "Ready to Mail?"
