I needed to amend my taxes,I filled out an ammendment online but you can’t efile an ammendment. Do I need to mail the 1040x to separate addresses for state and federal?

Yes, you will have to mail the federal and state to different addresses.  There should have been instructions with the mailing addresses included in your printout.
