I need to view my tax extension document

I filed an extension in April due to not having all of my w-2 documents. Now in October, I received a notice that I have missed the deadline and have to pay a fine for not filing an extension, which I did in fact do. I can see on my homepage that I did file an extension, and it did get accepted, but I do not see any documentation for it in the document section of the app or website. How do I view this document so I can send proof that I did actually file my extension ?

It is not Oct 15 yet so your extension is still working.

File by Oct 15.

Did you pay by April 15?

Your notice/fine  may be for late payment, not late filing.

Since filing the extension in April have you filed your regular tax return?  Who is the notice from?  The IRS or state or Turbo Tax?   Did the extension show a payment?  Did you pay it?  Never heard of getting a letter saying anything like that.    Is there a letter # in the top corner like CPxxx or LTRxxxx?
