Just so you know ahead of time---any refund shown on your 2020 tax return has been forfeited and you will not receive it. It is too late. If you owe tax for 2020, it is owed with late filing penalties and interest that will continue to add up until you pay.
If you have not paid your TurboTax fees, you have to pay the fees before you can print the return.
You will be able to access the 2020 return you started by using the exact same account and user ID that you used when you started it. But you can no longer use online software for any further changes.
