I need to mail in my NJ tax return and I am wondering what forms I need to mail in. I have my NJ-1040-NR form; however, do I need to send in any additional information?

Yes, there are copies of forms, etc., that you must include depending on your residency and financial situation.  Please see link below for instruction booklet and/or screenshot below for Page 45 "assembling your return instructions."
