I need to finish 2015 taxes, I purchased turbo tax delux like I was told but it is not downloading properly. please help

To make sure you are re-downloading it correctly try these steps below:

  1. Sign in to My TurboTax Account
  2. Click the blue Download arrow.
  • Don't see a blue arrow? You can also click the product name in the Items Ordered column, pictured below.
  • Save the download somewhere on your computer where you can find it – your desktop is a good place.
  • After the download has finished, install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file.
