Your 3 options are :
1) find a local tax professional
2) possibly find a 2016 program you can still download or use
3) get the paper forms/instructions from the feds/state
But no matter which method you use it will have to be printed, ink signed and mailed in AND any refund on the return will not be issued.
TurboTax does not support tax year 2016.
You will need to find a local tax professional to assist you with the 2016 return.
Note that if the 2016 tax return has a tax refund, the refund will not be paid since it is beyond the 3 year limit from the due date of the tax return.
