I need some help . i filed an extension and now im trying to get Missouri taxes done . seems the want more taxes than i earned .

Go back to the federal side and check your W2s and any 1099 that have state income and taxes on them.  Did you import any forms?  They might have imported wrong.  For W2 check the State Wages in box 16 and State income tax in box 17.  Oh and that the right state is in box 15.

For 1099R forms check the state amounts in boxes 14 & 16.
