To receive a replacement card, you can call the Turbo Tax Prepaid Card Customer Service at: (888) 285-4169. Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #1 again, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

what if the phone line wont accept your zipcode

Try the below steps to get through:

 

  • select option 2 to continue using the automated system
  • option 1 for lost stolen or never received
  • option 2 for not received
  • The system will then prompt you for your social security number.

I don't need my card present but I am trying to get ahold of someone from customer service regarding my stimulus check. It didn't post in my account and I am unable to use the tool on the IRS website because it doesn't recognize my address or something like that. I need your help please.
