I need my prior year taxes from 2008/2013 stating where I was working at the time since it was the va hospital it’s a government agency and need to upload it to my loans

TurboTax and the IRS save tax returns for seven years.  After seven years, they are gone.  

Perhaps a work history from Social Security would help you.
