I need help setting up my user I’d and password to my turbo prepaid Visa card it’s not working for me

I already paid $84.09 for to file my taxes on turbo tax.  Why can I save on turbo tax with a password so I can be the only person with access.  There are other users on this desk top.  when click on the icon it automatically takes me to my account.
