I need a copy of my 2019 return & I’m having problems getting it off this site

How do I access a prior year's return?   

 

There is also an option to order a free tax return transcript online or by mail from the IRS.

FINALLY  ... the DOWNLOAD TAX PDF button is visible but if you are not looking for it you will not find it ... can it be more visible ... make it light up or dance or maybe better placement on the page ... so much space is dedicated to the UPLOAD function almost no one uses or even knows it is there.
