I need a card replacement. Everything that I've tried needs the 16 digit card number but I DO NOT have the card. No one will answer my phone call through Turbotax or Green Dot. How can I get a replace

I have called green dot 20 times since yesterday I cant get though to no one I need a no card or have it put on a other card I have I need to know how and if you guys can even help me 

I filed my taxes with turbo tax got a turbo tax card but all my taxes go to back child support.  So I threw my card away didn't need it didn't know I would need it...rhey put my stimulus  check on that card which I don't have and have tried calling them regarding this issue over 500 times or more no answer. I have no idea what to do can't put app on or anything else because it wants my 16 digit card which I don't have...sooooo what do I do please help some one.  

Same boat I'm in. No one will answer a phone call and I don't have the 16 digit card number either. Its really irritating. I don't know what else to do??
