I missed the deadline for itsdeductable how can I can my data

Same happened to me.  I tried to login on the evening of October 21.  It was not available.

I missed it as well.  I called the support line and basically I was told tough luck.  She told me all the data was deleted and so they can't get it for me either.  (I find that hard to believe it is all deleted and they have no access!)  I then went to download the "valuation guide for 2025" and it is not there either.  

Not a good look for intuit for someone who has been an customer at least 30 years!
