We could not e-file your return for the following reason:

You do not amend a tax return that was never accepted by the IRS. You either fix the error and e-file again or you print and mail your tax return.
Verify the Social Security number is correct in the My Info section of the program.
If the SS number is correct then you will have to print and mail the 2020 tax return.
