I made a mistake so I want to amend tux return because of Duplicate Social Security Number:

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Duplicate Social Security Number: A tax return with the same Social Security number has already been submitted - in other words, it appears you're trying to e-file the same return twice. If you need to change this return, you'll need to file an amended return on paper, by mail. You do not amend a tax return that was never accepted by the IRS.  You either fix the error and e-file again or you print and mail your tax return.

Verify the Social Security number is correct in the My Info section of the program.

If the SS number is correct then you will have to print and mail the 2020 tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to print a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online/01/26258
