I made a mistake in my taxes aplication and I would like to edit it, I requested the taxes refund for my tuition but I thought loan meant something else.

If you've already e-filed, you will need to amend the return.  Wait until the return is accepted then go back into TurboTax and follow the link on the welcome page to prepare your amended paper return.  If the return is rejected, just go back into TurboTax, fix the entries and refile.
