I made $400 in my 2nd year in network marketing. Can I still claim it as my independent business owner??

Yes, unless you received a W-2 form, by default you are an independent contractor and include your earnings on Schedule C Profit or Loss from Business.

But my network marketing company only assigns T4's for people that make $500 or more. Should I just printout my earnings for last year?
