I'm waiting on my refund to be deposited but I'm assuming you guys will take your fee first..how does that process work? Will you notify when you've gotten your payment?

Once the IRS releases your refund, it will be transferred to Santa Barbara where they will then deduct your TurboTax fees and send the remaining balance to your bank account. You may check the status of your Refund Transfer by visiting https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/login.
