If by "supposed to get" your refund you are using the estimated date that TurboTax gave you----that was only an estimate---not a promise.
If the IRS is going to request identity verification, you will be getting a letter with instructions about what to do next. Sit tight until you get the letter. Only the IRS is in control right now.
