Stop panicking. The IRS is not going to start accepting/rejecting e-files until January 24 except for a small test batch that they will take before then. If you e-filed with TurboTax watch your emails.
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
If you were offered the refund advance with TurboTax you "get" the advance AFTER the IRS accepts your e-file.
The IRS will not start accepting any type of 2021 tax return until January 24, 2022.

The status of the TurboTax refund advance will not be available until the IRS accepts your e-filed tax return on January 24, 2022. Look for an email from TurboTax for the status of your tax return on or after that date.
