I'm ready to file a 2021 Amended return. TurboTax does not accept a file or payment date for a "2021" return in 2023. Is there a workaround?

For example: In the federal review section on the "Correct Your Payment Date" page the wording is:
......The payment date MUST be a regular banking day in 2022.....
If I do pick such a date (e.g. 12/13/2022) it does accept it and more ahead in the filing process, but will my 2021 Amended return and payment be received by IRS and my bank with an erroneous date?  (It is March 2023.)

In the FILE tab you must choose to MAIL in the return  and send a payment with the 1040X.  Do not use any 1040-V form that prints with the return.   Switching to a mailed in return will remove that line of questioning.
