I’m getting ran in a loop between turbo tax cross river and irs due to an amended return

I amended my tax return back in march because I had put the wrong bank info and I had to switch the address to because I don’t get mail at my physical address I’ve been waiting and waiting got a peice of mail saying that my money has been sent to crossriver bank I call cross river they say my check should have been received by now had them reissue a check and still haven’t received it and it’s been weeks now

I believe Cross River Bank can be involved most commonly if one originally chose the "up to 5 days early" refund offer.  Nothing account specific can be handled in this user community forum.
