I keep getting emails from TurboTax saying I haven't filed my 2019 tax return. I had started the tax return on TurboTax, but decided to go to our local AARP free service.

Since I've already filed through the free service at our library, now it won't let me delete my info on the tax return I started on TurboTax. Do I need to do anything? The toll-free number won't let me talk to anyone.

You do not have to do anything.  If you know you filed your tax return and it turned out ok with the free service then just ignore the emails.
