I just recieved my w2 from my employer. However, my address is spelled incorrectly. The last letter of the city that I live in is wrong. Is this going to cause an issue?
The last letter is an M on my w2, when it should be an N. Is this going to cause a problem and if so how do I remedy it? Should I just type it in how it is in my w2 or can I correct it when filling out my tax returns?

Just type it in correctly on your tax return. The IRS is not going to spellcheck you. You might want to mention the typo to the employer so that they will correct the spelling in their system.
