Sorry ... but once you have paid the ONLINE fees AND filed the return no refunds are given. If you had questions you should have asked them before the return was filed. You could ask them now.

Once you have paid there is no refund of the online fees per the TT policy. What you can do now is complete the FILE tab steps 2 & 3. If you have questions on what is needed post them in this forum or contact TT support for assistance.
