I just filed my taxes why didn't it take the money from my bank

Filed federal tax return pending

It may take the IRS several days after they received the tax return to debit your account for the taxes paid.  Look for the debited amount on your bank account sometime next week.

And...Monday October 9 is banking holiday....so it could take extra time.
