I just filed my taxes they are pending and discovered my husband gave me last years 1099G what do i do?

Don't do anything.  If your return is accepted, the IRS will catch the fact that the 1099-G you entered does not match their records.  They will "correct" your return and send you a notice telling you of any additional tax you owe or refund you will receive.  If your return is rejected, you can correct the 1099-G and re-file.
