I just filed my 2018 returns. Both refunds where do I enter these amounts in my return?

Your question is confusing ... how did you "just file" the 2018 return ?   Did you print, ink sign and mail it in ?  

And what are you asking about the 2018 refunds ?   Are you trying to complete the 2019 return now ?   If so since you did not get the refunds yet they will not be listed on the 2019 return.
