I input all my data, but before I file, I want to print out a draft and sit down with my wife to go over it. I paid, why can't I print a draft?

It's a great idea to print your return and review it before you file.  That way you can ensure you have reported everything you should and are getting all the tax credits and deductions to which you are entitled. 

If you want to review your return you will need to pay for TurboTax and then you will be able to print your entire return or specific forms/schedules prior to filing.  You will still be able to make changes prior to filing. Follow these steps to print a preliminary copy of our return in TuboTax Online:

• While logged in and working on your return, click on Tax Tools
• From the drop down menu click on Print Center
• Click on Print, save or preview this year's return
• On the next screen click on "Pay Now" 
• You may be prompted to "Go to My Info" if you need to add additional information
• Submit your payment information and you will be able to print your 2020 tax returns

Note, you must pay by credit card in order print or preview your preliminary return.  You will not be able to pay using your federal tax return.

Your answer says to click on the "Preview" and "Tax Tools" buttons that I cannot find anywhere on the page. Please include a graphic or better direction.  

Why do I have to pay for help when I have already paid for the software?

The step is to log in. Then you will see Tax Tools on the Menu on the left. 

From the drop-down menu click on Print Center

Click on Print, save or preview this year's return

If you have not paid already, you will need to click on "Pay Now"
