I incorrectly entered a lesser amount for main home property taxes. It does not change amount owed to federal. Do I need to amend?

No, you only need to enter property taxes if you want to claim them as an itemized deduction. If the amount that you owe for federal taxes doesn't change, then you don't need to go to the trouble of amending your return.
