I imported last year's return but it isn't showing up

I imported the pdf of my return from last year so I could have it as a reference to compare to this year's info but it isn't showing up.

You get almost nothing from a pdf.  You need the tax file ---   .tax2023     --- which is the one that will have all the data from your 2023 return.    You have to do that transfer at the very beginning, before you have entered any 2024 information.  

 

So....you choose whether to start over and transfer the tax file, or keep going without the 2023 information.
