I haven’t received my taxes yet

The irs website said my taxes were accepted, approved, and sent to my bank. But my bank says they don’t see anything and it’s been 5 business days already. What do I do now to check the status of my taxes

Is this your scenario?

Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund?  If so, the funds go first from the IRS to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.  Then that intermediary bank sends the rest to your bank (or card) in a second direct deposit.

If you used that option, we can tell you how to check on your refund status at the level of the intermediary company (SBTPG).

I am curious to know how to contact the middle-man bank. Please and thank you.

I e-filed my taxes with Turbotax. I requested that the filing fee I selected be deducted from my federal taxes.

IRS.gov claims my direct deposit was sent to my bank 2/24. My bank (as recently as today, 3/4) does not see it. It's impossible to reach a live person on the IRS help line.

Thanks, again.
