No one else has access to your account or to your tax returns.
Did you print and mail it? I think you have to mail it yourself.
To obtain the refund, the taxpayer must have a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP), for each rental unit lived in during the year. The taxpayer's landlord is required to deliver a completed CRP to the taxpayer no later than January 31st of each year.
You will need the CRP to
determine your refund, if any, and you must include what is called a Form
M1PR with the CRP
when it is filed. These forms have to be printed and mailed in to:
Minnesota Property Tax Refund
St. Paul, MN 55145-0020
TurboTax will prepare the Form M1PR for you to print. Towards the end of the step-by-step interview for Minnesota you will reach the Other Forms You May Need screen. To have the M1PR prepared and made available for printing, make sure you check the Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) check box on the Other Forms You May Need screen, then follow the prompts through the end of the interview.
For more information, please visit http://www.revenue.state.mn.us/individuals/prop_tax_refund/Pages/File-and-Pay.aspxIf you filed correctly, the MN Renters refunds are usually sent out by the state of MN in August.
When should I expect my Minnesota property tax refund?
Renters and mobile home owners: by mid-August for properly completed returns filed by June 15 or 60 days after you file, whichever is later.
Homeowners: by the end of September for properly completed returns filed by August 1 or 60 days after you file, whichever is later.
My landlord stated that when I filed my taxes the renters refund was part of the forms.

Assuming that you are referring to a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid for Minnesota. The Minnesota Form M1PR was required to be completed in the Minnesota state section of the program, then
printed and mailed by you
to the state of Minnesota.

I E-filed my income tax, state tax, and CRP through Turbo Tax.
I received my income tax refund and my state tax refund within weeks after I E-filed, however, as of writing this, i have yet to receive my renters refund.
i have already gone to the Minnesota Department of Revenue, and used the "Where's My Refund?", and even though I have received my income and state refund, after putting in my information, it says "We did not find a return for the information you provided", and this goes for also for looking up information on my income/state refund too, even though I have already received them.
I have clicked on the links you provided, one one is a link to the 2018 M1RP, and the other is a dead link.
I want to know where my renter's refund is. I'm sick of waiting, and I'm sick of jumping through hoops that aren't there.
i dont know if you are a representative of Turbo Tax or not, but seeing that you are speaking for them, your response will determine whether i continue to use Turbo tax or not in the future.
The program told you at least 3 times that you must MAIL in that form ... it CANNOT be efiled ...

@gogeta0064 Did you print and mail the MN renter form? They have to be mailed. Read the posts above. And no, we don't work for Turbo Tax. We are just other users like you. This is a public user forum.
You cannot e-file the MN rent credit. It had to be mailed in an envelope.
