I haven't received my Georgia tax refund yet and cannot find a phone number to actually speak to someone?

It may take more than 90 days from the date of receipt by DOR to process a return and issue a refund.

I did get ahold of someone because I have yet to get my refund. They do not give you any additional information other than what is on the website about refunds taking longer.
