After successfully registering for the Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card, you should expect the card to arrive within 5-10 business days via USPS mail.
If your card was ordered more than 10 business days ago and was not received, click here to report it lost/stolen or contact the Customer Care department toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

I called and new one was supposed to b sent to me in ten buisness days because they had to resend it and it's now almost 4 weeks later still no card! Please help me,
