I haven’t got an email yet saying my taxes have been accepted. But turbo tax says it’s been accepted

The IRS does not send any correspondence to the tax return filer to indicate your tax return has been accepted or rejected. If TurboTax has sent you emails saying that your tax return has been accepted, then you can be confident that it has been accepted.

Have you checked your trash folder?

If you did not get an email stating your tax return was either accepted or rejected, you may not have actually submitted your tax return for efiling. You must follow the File section all the way to the end where you click on a big orange transmit return now button.
