I have to amend my tax return because I needed to add 2 more W-2 forms. Do I send it out on in mail to the IRS or to another place for my amended return? The first W-2 form filed wasn’t a problem

A 1040X cannot be e-filed.  It must be printed and mailed. to the IRS.  It will take about 3-4 months for the IRS to process an amended return.  It is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it, like UPS or certified mail, so you will know it was received.
