I have three options for my refund 1) karma 2) deposit 3) refund advance which one I have to choose I do not have a bank account

How to set the option for the refund to be mailed to my address

You must have chosen to pay the TurboTax account fees with the federal tax refund.  If so, then the option for mailing a check for the refund will not be available.
