I have paid the fee for my taxes to be done weeks ago I haven't received any information as to where my taxes are or if it has even been filed.

Here's how to check your e-file status.  Paying for the return doesn't cause it to be filed, you have to continue until you click the big orange Submit button.  If you didn't file yet, sign back in to return to the File tab and file it now. You'll get 2 e-mails, one telling you ewe received it and one telling you if has been accepted or rejected.
