I have not received my refunds yet and it states that they are accepted. I would like to know why?

I don't know why I'm not receiving my federal refund or my stimulus check I filed taxes in Feb. 7th and haven"t got anything. So I need some answers from you guys I have used turbo tax for two years and if I can't got this taken care of I won't use them again Thanks
