I haven't either. This is the first I've been filling with TT for 4 years now and have NEVER had this happened. The longest time it's taken for me to receive my refund advance was 15 minutes!!. This is the last time I will file with TT because I don't respect false information. Also the amount it costed to file was false Also at the end . These **bleep**ing people smh
I have spoken with both TurboTax and Credit Karma customer support. It is because the IRS is not even receiving electronic files until Monday the 27th. Then you should receive an email/text. They need to be more clear with their wording and information when you are applying for the advance.

Same here mine was accepted last week and I still have yet to receive the advance along with any emails.
I haven’t received mine either ! I even got the notification through the app that they accepted my federal and my state . Yet still no email or text about my advancement! Turbo tax what in the H E DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS IS GOING ON! I’ve never had this problem I’ve always gotten it instantly
