I have not filed yet-I would like to add direct deposit-No options for that

Hello!
I would like to add my direct deposit information so that I can directly get the $1200 dollars, but the step 2 on the file page just says this:
 
Your refund/payment info
  • For your Federal and FL returns:

    You don’t have a refund or tax due. Congratulations, that’s great tax planning!

So it's not letting me add my information. I have to print off the form- 1040- to send by mail anyways so I thought I'd just write the info in by hand but the spot for it (21a) is blank and 21b and c (where the bank numbers go) are filled in with automatic Xs that I can't delete.

 

Any suggestions? I would highly prefer to get direct deposit as I'm stuck out of the country isolating.

Currently, there is no information on how the stimulus checks will be distributed.
