I have just filed my tax return, but noticed that two numbers on my address were switched by mistake. What should I do to amend this issue? (Direct deposit)

You don't need to amend your return for this.  Once IRS has processed your return and direct deposited your refund, then you can complete & submit an IRS Change of Address Form 8822 (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8822.pdf) and make the correction.

You can complete the form in TurboTax by clicking on Federal Taxes, then Other Tax Situations, then scroll down to Other Tax Forms and select Miscellaneous Tax Forms.  Follow the prompts and you'll be shown a list of misc tax forms.  Click on Report a change of address to IRS and you'll be walked thru the process to prepare, print, and mail the form.
