I have filed my return but found a 1099-sa with a code of 1 that I did not enter. Do I have to send in an ammended return?

We filed our return.  I found a 1099-sa after 4/15.  It did not change the amount that we owe.  Distribution code is 1.  Do I need to send in an ammended tax return with these values?  How do I do that?
