I have filed both my Federal and State taxes on Sunday 03/24, today is 03/27 and both are still pending. Is it normal for both State & Federal to stay pending this long?

Don't worry at all, although it typically takes approximately 48 hours it can sometimes take longer. It should update for you soon. More information has also been provided for you below to explain.
